to be done in Vijaya Bank, MUDA Branch, Mysore with a duly
filled challan. |

days (Subject to approval of the Commissioner) |

registered at the Sub Register Office, Mysore (Photocopy with
attestation of Notary or a Gazetted Officer (State or Central
Government Servant) |

Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
issued by the Sub Register Office, Mysore for the current
calendar year (up to date) |

In case of death of the death of the original allottee
a death certificate has to be attached, issued by the appropriate
