5. How can an Allottee get a Khata or Revenue Fixed for the site?
 
The Allottee has to furnish the following documents;
An application to be addressed to the Commissioner, MUDA, Mysore (Downloadable)
Rs. 10-00 (Rupees Ten only) Application Fee attached to it (Cash only)
Allotment Order (Attested Photocopy)
All documents asked in the application form for Khata.

Payment Details (Challans) paid towards the purchase of the site (original) Collection of Taxes as applicable
Payment can be made by Cash
 
a) For Cash remittance, has to be done in Vijaya Bank, MUDA Branch, Mysore with a duly filled challan.
Time taken is Thirty working days (Subject to approval of the Commissioner)
  6. Can Khatha be transferred from:
 
a) Original Allottee / Owner to a Third Party:
Yes. The Original Allottee / Owner has to furnish the following documents;

Sale Deed duly registered at the Sub Register Office, Mysore (Photocopy with attestation of Notary or a Gazetted Officer (State or Central Government Servant)

Encumbrance Certificate (EC) issued by the Sub Register Office, Mysore for the current calendar year (up to date)
In case of death of the death of the original allottee a death certificate has to be attached, issued by the appropriate authority (Original)
