1. Ground Floor
a. Residential Building Rs. 150-00 per year
b. Vacant Site Rs. 300-00 per year

2. Water Tax
a. Site dimension / area
b. Less than 1200 sq. ft. - Rs. 100-00
c. Between 1200 sq.ft. to 2400 sq.ft. - Rs. 200-00
d. More than 2400 sq.ft. - Rs. 500-00
f. Vacant Sites - Rs. 1000-00

3. Removal of Bricks and Sand
a. Site dimension / area
b. Less than 1200 sq. ft. - Rs. 100-00
c. Between 1200 sq.ft. to 2400 sq.ft. - Rs. 200-00
d. More than 2400 sq.ft. - Rs. 500-00
d. Vacant Sites - Rs. 1000-00

4. Verification Fee Rs. 0.01 / sq. mt.

5. Betterment Levy Fee
a. Residential Building - Rs. 1.50 Sq. mt.
b. Commercial Building - Rs. 4.00 sq. mt
c. Industrial Building - Rs. 2.50 sq.mt.
Duly filled challan received from the authority has to be remitted to the MUDA Branch of Vijaya Bank either by D.D. or Cash
