  b) Deaths
Account Payee Cheques will be issued to the applicant
Survival Certificate issued by the Tahasildar's office to whom it should be transferred to
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the family members for the proposed new owner
In case of death of the original Allottee a death certificate has to be attached, issued by competent officer
Others (if any)
Time taken is Ten working days (Subject to verification of preceding records)

c) General Refunds:
An application to be addressed to the Commissioner, MUDA, Mysore (Downloadable)
 
Rs. 10-00 (Rupees Ten only) Application Fee attached to it (Cash only)
Account Payee Cheques will be issued to the applicant
Aspirant Allottee will be intimated by Speed Post with Acknowledge Due for further action
Refund will be done as soon as the allotment process is over (Subject to Commissioner's Approval)
Aspirant Allottee may contact the Accounts Department for further information in case of non-receipt of refund cheques.
General public are requested to contact the Accounts Superintendent between 3 P.M to 5:30 P.M. on all working days for further clarifications.
   
Note: Photocopies submitted should be attested by a Notary or a Gazetted Officer (Class 1 - State or Central Government Servant). The original documents have to shown for verification.
