3. When will the said tender be opened?
Normally the sealed tenders are opened at 4.00 PM on the receiving day or any other date specified in the tender notification.

4.Who can be a successful tender applicant?
The name of the contractor / tender applicant will be notified after the Commissioner's approval

5. How should the EMD amount be submitted to the Authority?
A Demand Draft from a Nationalized bank in favor of The Commissioner, Mysore Urban Development Authority, payable at Mysore is accepted or pledged certificate of N.S.C. in favor of The Commissioner, Mysore Urban Development Authority, Mysore is accepted.

6. When will the EMD amount be refunded?
EMD will be returned to others applicants after the tender is awarded
