  1. What are the General Formulates that one has to follow while participating in the Auction?
 
The following formulates are to be followed,
The said auction will proceed in the premises of the Authority
The participants have to duly fill the application form supplied by the authority along with the initial amount of Rs. 20,000 to be remitted to the bank. 2 passport size photographs need to be attached with the application. Election Id or any address proof to be brought duly attested by a Notary or a Gazetted Officer (Class 1 - State or Central Government Servant).

The highest bidder has to pay a sum of Rs. 100-00 (Rupees One Hundred only) for N.O.C. on the bidding day
Tokens will be distributed to the bidders till 11.30 AM, admissions for the token less bidders rests with authority.
