Accordingly, tax structure is being fixed for the homes being
built in accordance to the completion report and the measurement
of the building of there which come under the jurisdiction of
the MUDA. Annual house tax (ARU) issued on 1.2.2005 have user
are being fixed as the following implicated rates:
A)
80.00 rupees per square for red-oxide flooring
dwelling
B)
110.00 rupees per square mosaic flooring
dwelling.
C)
135.00 rupees per square for concrete flooring
dwelling.
In addition for the residential and after that have been sold
without obtaining title deeds from the MUDA the same transfer
deed are being distributed after the collection of levied penalty.
